If you are not 100% satisfied with your HUF Worldwide UK purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship the Parcel
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
